small group training
Athletes work to improve their skills and ability while also implementing competitive games that involve ball handling, shooting, etc. Small group sessions are great to help motivate and increase the intensity of a workout. Players feed off of one another and push each other to improve!
Team training
Implementation of a wide range of skills and drills to help each individual player as well as breakdown drills that flow into the TEAM concept. Offensively teaching players proper spacing, creating space and communication. Defensively teaching proper closeouts, on ball defense and help side defense actions (ex: Ball Screens)
